Our shared commitment to professionalism, integrity, and mutual respect within the ET PLUS community.

At ET PLUS, we hold our network to the highest standards of ethics, collaboration, and delivery excellence. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards required of every Client, Expert, and Mentor participating on the platform.

1 Professionalism & Integrity

All members of the community must act with honesty, transparency, and high professional standards. Misrepresentation of skills, experience, project requirements, or credentials is strictly prohibited.

  • Accurate Profiles: Experts and Mentors must ensure all certifications, experience, and portfolios reflect genuine work.
  • Clear Scopes: Clients must define project deliverables, timelines, and budgets transparently.

2 Respect & Inclusivity

ET PLUS is a global ecosystem connecting talent across diverse backgrounds, cultures, and regions. Discrimination, harassment, offensive behavior, or hate speech will result in immediate suspension.

  • Constructive and respectful communication in all interactions.
  • Zero tolerance for discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or background.

3 Confidentiality & IP Protection

Protecting intellectual property and sensitive commercial information is fundamental to our platform operations.

  • Automatic Confidentiality: All technical, business, and project data shared between parties is strictly confidential.
  • Mentor Impartiality: Mentors assessing candidate applications are bound by strict non-disclosure obligations.
  • IP Transfer: Experts agree to transfer full ownership rights upon receipt of milestone payments as defined in the client agreement.

4 Fair Communication & Dispute Conduct

Disagreements must be handled through respectful and structured dialogue. In the event of an unresolved dispute, both parties agree to engage constructively with the ET PLUS Mediation Team.

5 Platform Integrity & Off-Platform Rules

To safeguard transaction security, escrow guarantees, and dispute protection, all payments and official project engagements must be conducted directly through the ET PLUS platform.
