Application & Odoo Form

Candidates start by filling out our detailed recruitment form. Thanks to our Odoo ATS integration, resumes are automatically parsed, and data is securely processed in compliance with GDPR standards.

Odoo Courses Test

Before any human interaction, candidates must pass a role-specific technical assessment directly within the Odoo Courses app. This validates their foundational knowledge and dedication.

Peer-to-Peer Video Interview

The final and most crucial step. Candidates undergo a live video interview with a vetted Senior Mentor. This ensures soft skills, technical depth, and cultural fit meet the high standards of ET PLUS.
