At ET PLUS, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our Clients, Experts, and Mentors. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding data collection and processing, strictly adhering to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards.

1 Information We Collect

We only collect data necessary to provide our services and ensure the highest quality of matchmaking on our platform. This includes:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and location.
  • Professional Profiles: Resumes, portfolios, skills, job titles, and educational background for Experts and Mentors.
  • Vetting & Interview Data: Video recordings, technical test results, and Mentor evaluations gathered during the recruitment process.
  • Financial Data: Billing information and payment history (securely processed via our certified payment partners).

2 How We Use Your Data

ET PLUS uses your data to operate, improve, and secure our platform. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Facilitate the connection between Clients and vetted Experts.
  • Conduct our peer-to-peer vetting process, allowing Mentors to evaluate Experts accurately.
  • Process payments, generate invoices, and handle escrow services securely.
  • Communicate important platform updates, service changes, and legal notices.

3 Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared under the following circumstances:

  • Between Users: Client project details are shared with selected Experts. Expert profiles, test results, and portfolios are shared with Clients and assessing Mentors.
  • With strict NDAs: Mentors involved in the video interview process are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements, prohibiting external use of candidate data.
  • Service Providers: We share essential data with trusted third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, cloud hosting) strictly to operate our platform.

4 Data Security & Retention

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services and fulfill our legal obligations. Video interviews are retained temporarily for validation purposes and can be deleted upon request.

Under the GDPR, you have full control over your personal data. You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data on your profile.
  • Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request the deletion of your personal data, including video interviews and test results.
