Code of Conduct

The core values and ethical standards that define the ET PLUS community.

ET PLUS is an elite community of verified professionals. To maintain the highest standards of excellence, trust, and collaboration, all users—whether Clients, Experts, or Mentors—must adhere to this Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

1 Professional Integrity & Honesty

We expect total transparency regarding your skills, experience, and deliverables.

  • Experts: Never misrepresent your qualifications, use someone else's portfolio, or use unauthorized AI tools to pass technical assessments.
  • Clients: Provide clear, accurate, and complete project briefs. Do not demand unpaid work or "free test assignments" outside of the platform's standard escrow rules.

2 The Off-Platform Policy

ET PLUS relies on platform fees to maintain our secure escrow system, provide mediation, and continuously verify our talent pool. Bypassing the platform is strictly prohibited.

  • You must not request or accept payments outside of the ET PLUS system for any project initiated or discovered on our platform.
  • Sharing direct contact information (email, phone, external links) prior to an active contract is discouraged and monitored to prevent circumvention.

3 Mentor Ethics & Impartiality

Mentors act as the gatekeepers of our elite community. Their role requires absolute neutrality and fairness.

  • Mentors must evaluate candidates strictly based on their technical skills and professional attitude.
  • Mentors must immediately decline an interview if there is a conflict of interest (e.g., knowing the candidate personally or professionally).
  • Mentors must not solicit or hire candidates directly for their own external projects during or immediately after the vetting process.

4 Respect & Zero Tolerance Policy

ET PLUS is a global, inclusive platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy for toxic behavior.

  • No Harassment: Any form of harassment, intimidation, or aggressive communication—whether in messages, video interviews, or forum posts—will lead to an instant ban.
  • No Discrimination: We do not tolerate discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
  • Professional Communication: Keep all interactions respectful, constructive, and strictly business-focused.

5 Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Trust is built on respecting others' ideas and proprietary information.

  • Do not share, sell, or distribute a Client's proprietary data or project details.
  • Do not submit plagiarized work or infringe upon third-party copyrights.
  • Mentors and Experts must treat all technical assessments, interview questions, and platform vetting mechanics as highly confidential.

6 Reporting Violations

Maintaining this elite community is a shared responsibility. If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately.

You can report suspicious activity, abusive behavior, or off-platform payment requests directly via your dashboard or by emailing our Trust & Safety team at legal@et.plus. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality.
